This Service is offered as an experimental platform designed to demonstrate AI-powered meal planning capabilities. The pricing structure has been specifically calibrated to cover operational costs including AI processing expenses with a minimal markup. This is not intended as a profit-generating commercial venture but rather as a technology demonstration and alternative to traditional high-cost nutrition consulting services.

Due to the experimental nature of this Service and the deliberately low-cost pricing model, all sales are final. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances once payment has been processed and your personalised meal plan has been generated. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy in its entirety.

While our Service captures information regarding major dietary requirements including but not limited to gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, and other common restrictions, it remains the sole responsibility of the user to verify the suitability of all recommended foods and ingredients. You assume full responsibility for reviewing all meal plan contents for potential allergens, adverse reactions, or incompatible ingredients. YourMealPlan disclaims all liability for allergic reactions, dietary incompatibilities, or adverse health effects resulting from consumption of recommended foods.

All financial transactions are processed exclusively through Stripe, Inc., a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor recognised globally for its security standards. Stripe employs bank-level security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, tokenisation of sensitive payment data, and compliance with international financial security regulations.

YourMealPlan does not collect, store, process, or have access to any payment card information, billing addresses, or financial data. All payment information is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy and terms of service. Any retention or use of payment data by Stripe is governed exclusively by Stripe’s own privacy policy and data handling practices.

This Service is designed as a fully automated, end-to-end solution with deliberately low pricing to reflect the absence of human support services. No support is provided through any communication channel including but not limited to email, telephone, live chat, instant messaging, or any other form of customer assistance.

The low-cost pricing model is specifically structured to eliminate support overhead costs. All functionality and information available to users is contained within this website and the generated meal plans. Users acknowledge that this is a completely self-service platform with no human intervention available.

The meal plans generated by this Service are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. This Service is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. You should consult with qualified healthcare professionals before making significant dietary changes or if you have specific health conditions, medical concerns, or nutritional requirements.

All meal plans, algorithms, and content generated by our AI system remain the exclusive intellectual property of YourMealPlan. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. Commercial use, redistribution, or reproduction of meal plans is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YourMealPlan shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this Service, including but not limited to health issues, allergic reactions, nutritional deficiencies, or any other consequences resulting from following generated meal plans.

We collect and process only the minimum personal information necessary to generate your meal plan. This data is used exclusively for AI model processing and is not sold, shared, or distributed to third parties except as required for payment processing through Stripe.

Our AI models retain anonymised information about meal plan requests and generated responses for the purpose of improving service quality and model performance. This stored data is completely anonymised and contains no personally identifiable information. The anonymised data cannot be linked back to individual users and is used solely for system optimisation and quality assurance purposes.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from use of this Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
