A week of meals planned so that protein is a deliberate part of every day, rather than something you hope to hit by chance. YourMealPlan builds yours around a protein target, your calorie target and the foods you actually eat.
There isn’t one number that suits everyone. Protein needs vary with factors such as body size, activity and goal. YourMealPlan uses the information you give in the questionnaire to set the targets for your plan.
Your protein target is calculated from your body weight. It then becomes part of your daily macro targets, with fat and carbohydrate making up the rest of your estimated calorie target.
