A little more help for the week ahead
We've added a new Free Templates section to YourMealPlan.
It's for the practical bits of eating well that tend to get lost somewhere between your good intentions and a busy Tuesday: deciding what to eat, writing a useful shopping list, using up what is already in the fridge and remembering what you meant to prep. Amongst all of that chaos, it becomes extremely easy to reach for a take out menu or a food delivery app.
The templates are simple printables, not a set of rules. Download the ones that solve a problem for you, put them on the kitchen counter or stick them to the fridge, and make them your own.
What is available?
Weekly Meal Planner
The place to map out breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks for the week. It is deliberately spacious, with room for prep notes and reminders, so you can make a plan that works around your actual diary.
Weekly Shopping List
An organised list that helps turn your meal ideas into one calmer food shop. It includes grocery categories, a pantry check and space to compare your planned spend with what you actually spent.
Meal-Prep Planner
Useful if your weekdays are busy but you still want home-cooked food to be the easy option. Plan what to cook, chop, portion, freeze and defrost before the week gets away from you.
30-Day Healthy Habits Tracker
Healthy eating is rarely about one perfect day. This tracker gives you a kind, straightforward way to keep an eye on the small habits that add up, from protein and vegetables to movement and sleep.
Budget Meal Planner
Food costs add up quickly when there is no plan. This one helps you set a weekly food budget, map out meals and costs, and leave room for the meals out that matter to you.
Fridge & Freezer Inventory
For anyone who has discovered a forgotten bag of spinach at the back of the fridge. Keep track of what you have, what needs using first and what is running low, so the next shop is more purposeful and there is less waste.
Why we made them
There is no shortage of meal ideas online. The harder part is turning those ideas into something you can follow when life is busy, you are hungry and you do not want to make another decision.
These templates are designed to make that bit easier. They give you somewhere to get the moving parts out of your head and into a simple plan — whether your priority is saving money, eating more consistently or just making weeknight dinners less of a scramble.
Want the plan done for you?
The templates are a helpful starting point, but they still leave you to choose the meals, work out portions and build the plan yourself.
If you would rather have all of that done for you, YourMealPlan creates a personalised meal plan around your goal, food preferences, routine and lifestyle. You get meals you will actually want to eat, with the calories, macros and shopping list already considered.
